Remind yourself of important moments by setting up your phone to send photographic memories automatically by using the settings in Google Photos or Apple Photos. Facebook and other apps may also work. Most of us feel better when we see happy reminders. This is an easy form of self care. You can expand on this by setting up slideshows or videos in your favourites on your phone to look at when you need a little extra boost.
